What We do for you.

Our Home Staging Consultation  Package :

We will evaluate the property from "The Front door to the Back Door" "From the basement to the Top floor".

We strongly recommend Home Staging prior  to placing your home  on the market for sale.

We will take a comprehensive walk through the home, room by room to determine the areas that need to be improved, depersonalized, de-cluttered and to check for any property damage.

We will also be making a check list to estimate the condition of the walls, ceilings, doors, windows, fixtures,  cabinets etc... (odor, smoke or pet damage).

An outside evaluation will be done to check for curb appeal, landscaping (front & backyard), front & back door, garage etc...

Detailed notes and some photos will also be taken for each area of the home to point out specific changes that need to be made. The list of recommended changes will be given to the Home owner and also to the Real Estate Agent.

Consultation may take approx. 1-2 hours depending on the size and condition of the home.

Consultation fee: $150. additional rate will be $70/hr.

 

 

Do You need Organizing ?
