IN HOME CONSULTATION FEE $100 per hour. This FEE is refunded if/when our services are used.

All Packaged Rates are based on a minimum of Two (2) Organizers per contract @ $60 hourly, daily or weekly based.
SMALL JOBS are FLAT RATE CHARGES. These jobs are quoted for the entire job, not hourly.
There is a minimum 4 hour organizing fee per organizer per contract.
At T.O.P. we offer Commercial Rates ranging from $120/hr. - $200/hr.
We Custom Tailor Rates to suit any Job, aside from our hourly rate we offer, Daily, Weekly or Per Job Quotes.
We offer Custom Rates for Special Projects, short and long term Contracts, Maintenance Programs. We also offer out of State/Province Home or Office MOVES and RE-LOCATION to other Cities in Canada and the United States.
Special Rates will apply on out of City Moves and/or Re-Location depending on Destination and Length of Stay. (Please click here for Details)
We Customize your Maintenance Program depending on the demands of your Home or Business.
Take advantage of lower rates, you Must have at least 4 or more bookings in any of the listed Programs listed below.
These bookings must be paid in full upon Booking.
Re-booking may only take place in the same Program Originally Started.
There is a no Refund Policy for Re-booking outside the Program Originally started.
