The Organizing People take Security, Safety and Confidentiality very SERIOUSLY. In Fact ALL of our Employees, Organizers and Contracting Organizers are Insured, SCREENED and BONDED this ensures a Safe and Secure environment for ALL OUR CLIENTS.
Security Passes, Codes or Keys will be signatory upon Receiving and Return on all items.
A detailed List of all authorized personnel entering or working in this area during or after hours must be provided (high security areas)
We also Screen Clients as well, this will ensure a Safe and Secure working environment for our Organizers to carry out their duty. ACCORDING To the ONTARIO SAFETY ACT. There will be a minimum of (2) two Organizers assigned to a project at all given times during an Organizing Schedule.
All Contracts must be Booked using 2 pieces of Identification with a photo. A four (4) hour deposit times the number of organizers will be necessary upon booking.
All Cancellations MUST BE MADE by PHONE Message no later than 48 Hours prior to commencing a contract. Failure to do so will result in a 4 hour Penalty for each Organizer designated for your Contract.
Upon Commencing any Contract our Organizer will take you through the premises being Organizes for a Quality Controlled Damage Inspection. This will ensure all items in the area being Organized are in the same condition upon completion as they were upon commencing.
All changes in Structure, Custom work, Replacement or Removal of any/all Property will need a Signatory Approval by both Parties. These changes are NOT included in the Regular in house Rates, this will be recognized as a separate Contract Rate.
There will be a daily scheduled to execute the Organizing task. Any changes must be made 24 hours in advanced of the new schedule.
A late fee of 2 HOURS will be charged for each Organizer on the appointed Premises, these fee will be for late or no shows for a scheduled contract.
50% of any/all total Tenders will be received in ( Cash, Certified Check, Money Order, Credit card ) upon commencement of all contract, all outstanding Tender will be rendered upon completion. This applies only to Hourly, Daily and Weekly Rate. (This applies to residential contracts only)
60% of any/all Calculated Contract Sub-totals, will be Rendered 5 Business Days Prior to Commencement of any/all Organizing Contract. All Extra Organizing Fees will need approval before commencing any Extra work. All outstanding tenders will be calculated and rendered by Certified Check, Credit Card, or Draft upon completion of Organizing Projects. (Commercial & Industrial Only)
Any Contract lasting more than 30 days will need an Additional 25% of outstanding Balances including ALL Extras.
Any contracts lasting more than 45 days will be paid on a Bi-weekly percentage basis after the first 30 days, until contract completion, whereby all remaining Totals and Extras to be paid in full. (Commercial & Industrial) (may apply to residential contracts)
STAGING: Residential or Commercial
All Staging Contracts are per quote not by hour. CALL for a Quote.
Home Staging Consultation is $150.00/ up to 2 hour flat rate. Additional rate will be $70/hr.
Commercial Staging Consultation $160.00/hour. Additional rate will be $100/hr.
ORGANIZING: Residential or Commercial
Organizing contracts have (2) two choices:
1)(A) Residential organizing $30/hour times a minimum 2 Organizers per contract.
(B) Commercial organizing $50/hour times a minimum of 2 Organizers per contract.
2) per contract quote. eg.(daily, weekly, monthly & maintenance programs).
